Position Summary

The Automotive Service Technician will perform vehicle service and repairs following company standards and procedures. This role may also involve conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and quality. Our ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical skills, professionalism, and excellent customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service or repairs
• Perform routine inspections, tests, and standard maintenance jobs
• Complete required documentation in compliance with regulations and company standards
• Support shop operations by maintaining appearance, safety standards, and assisting with inventory and general functions
• Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
• Strong safety awareness and customer service orientation
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions accurately
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
• Entry-level candidates with relevant experience and/or certifications are welcome
