Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Automotive Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about vehicle sales and customer service, with a strong willingness to learn about our vehicle lineup, services, and industry trends. You will assist customers in selecting vehicles, explain features and financing options, and maintain ongoing customer relationships to promote repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain model options, features, value-added products, and financing options in accordance with dealership policies
• Conduct vehicle test drives ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations
• Facilitate vehicle delivery by clearly explaining vehicle operation, warranty coverage, and servicing requirements
• Maintain accurate and organized sales documentation
• Negotiate sales closures with clarity, professionalism, and ethical standards
• Stay current on all vehicle models, accessories, financing options, and dealership promotions
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong customer service and safety orientation
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions accurately
